Siblings Diego and Leslie Chavarria cultivate their wet processed beans at El Dorado in Matagalpa, ranging in elevation from 700-900 meters above sea level. Nicaraguan Cafe Diego offers a delightfully smooth and aromatic cup, with a creamy body, a clean sweetness, and sparkling citric acidity. Each batch is roasted to a medium level to bring out the caramel, honey-like notes.
